患儿男,4天。发热、拒乳2天,皮肤剥脱1天入院。第一胎,足月顺产,生后苍白窒息,经抢救10分钟会哭。入院前2天发热,体温37.4～38℃,拒乳,无吐泻,未诊治.1天前口唇周围出现红色皮疹,皮肤剥脱,迅速播及全身,以口周及手足易摩擦处为甚,皮肤擦烂处创面鲜红似烫伤样,无水泡。入院查体:发育营养好,反应差,口腔粘膜光滑,咽部无白膜覆盖,头皮无溢脂。面部、胸背、四肢表皮大片剥脱,Nikol-sky 征(+),心肺无异常,腹胀,肝脾不大,肠鸣音弱,
