目的:观察芩榆烧伤凝胶治疗烫伤、抗炎及镇痛作用。方法:采用99℃纱布覆于脱毛部位持续10s,制备大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,观察芩榆烧伤凝胶促进大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的影响;涂以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法及小鼠皮肤毛细血管炎性渗出观察芩榆烧伤凝胶抗炎作用;通过小鼠醋酸扭体法及小鼠热板法,观察芩榆烧伤凝胶的镇痛作用。结果:芩榆烧伤凝胶0.21g/kg、0.42g/kg均能有效的提高大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面的创面愈合百分率;对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀能明显降低肿胀度;对小鼠皮肤毛细血管炎性渗出有明显抑制作用;热板致痛及冰醋酸致小鼠扭体法试验显示,芩榆烧伤凝胶还能显著的减少小鼠扭体次数及延长痛阈值。结论:芩榆烧伤凝胶对烫伤皮肤有促愈合作用,并具有抗炎和镇痛作用。
Objective: To observe the scald, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qin Yu burn gel. Methods: The deep second degree scald rat model was prepared by covering the hair removal site with 99 ℃ gauze for 10 seconds. The effect of scald burned gels on deep second degree scald wound healing in rats was observed. And mouse skin capillary inflammatory exudation observed Qin Yu burn gel anti-inflammatory effect; mouse acetic acid writhing method and mouse hot plate method to observe the analgesic effect of Qin Yu burns gel. Results: The wound healing rate of Qin Yu burn gel 0.21g / kg, 0.42g / kg can effectively improve the wound healing rate of deep second degree scald wounds in rats; ear swelling induced by paraxylene in mice can significantly reduce the degree of swelling; The mouse skin capillary inflammatory exudation was significantly inhibited; hot plate pain and glacial acetic acid induced writhing test showed that Qin Yu burns gel can significantly reduce the number of writhing in mice and extend the pain threshold. Conclusion: Scutellaria baicalensis gel can promote healing of scalded skin and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
