近20年的时间里,以心理委员制度为载体出现了三种管理模式,它们分别是学校心理健康机构培训-二级学院直管模式、 学校心理健康机构直管模式和心理委员工作站模式。二级学院管理效果直接,心理健康机构管理重专业吸引,学生自治组织的特 点则是灵活高效。三种模式都有自身的实施条件,都有利有弊。
