目的:优选与黄连解毒汤煎出液具有同一性的浓缩程度参数。方法:把黄连解毒汤煎出液在相同温度、持续时间条件下,减压浓缩到原始体积5%、10%、20%、30%、40%,稀释到原始体积;利用高效液相色谱法和薄层扫描法,对原始汤液和不同浓缩后产物中黄芩、黄连、黄柏、栀子进行色谱检测。结果:随着浓缩程度的增高,黄芩、黄连、黄柏、栀子各组分色谱图曲线下面积呈单调递减趋势。结论:当浓缩程度低于70%时,黄连解毒汤煎出液与浓缩后产物在组分上具有高度同一性。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the degree of concentration parameter that is identical to the decoction of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction. Method: The Huanglianjiedu decoction decoction at the same temperature, duration, reduced pressure to the original volume of 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, diluted to the original volume; using high performance liquid chromatography And thin-layer scanning method, chromatographic detection of the original soup solution and different concentrated products of Astragalus, Coptis, Phellodendron, Gardenia. Results: With the increase of the concentration, the area under the chromatogram curves of the components of Astragalus membranaceus, Coptis chinensis, Phellodendron amurense, and Gardenia jasminoides was monotonously decreasing. Conclusion: When the concentration is less than 70%, the decoction and concentrated product of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction have a high degree of identity.
