试验表明,用707镍焊条焊后无论经不经热处理,却贝冲击值(-70℃)均≥2.5公斤·米/厘米~2,并且具有良好的综合机械性能(σ_s≥40公斤/毫米~2,σ_b≥50公斤/毫米~2,δ_5≥20%,ψ≥65%)。用该焊条施焊06MnVAl低温铜,焊后经550±20℃退火,熔合线和热影响区(距熔合线1~2毫米)却贝冲击值(-60℃)均≥3.5公斤·米/厘米~2。可焊性能良好。该焊条已正式列为06MnVAl 低温钢的配套焊接材料。
The test shows that the welding of 707 nickel electrode without any heat treatment, Charpy impact value (-70 ℃) are ≥ 2.5 kg · m / cm ~ 2, and has good overall mechanical properties (σ_s ≥ 40 kg / 2, σ_b≥50 kg / mm 2, δ_5≥20%, ψ≥65%). With this electrode welding 06MnVAl low temperature copper, after welding by 550 ± 20 ℃ annealing, fusion and heat affected zone (away from the fusion line 1 ~ 2 mm) Charpy impact value (-60 ℃) ≥ 3.5 kg · m / cm ~ 2. Solderability good. The electrode has been officially listed as 06MnVAl low temperature steel supporting welding materials.
