目的:研究清香散对大鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法:观察大鼠血清胃泌素水平、D-木糖水平,并将正常对照组、湿热模型组、清香散预防组、清香散治疗组进行组间比较。结果:湿热模型组血清胃泌素和D-木糖水平低于正常对照组,经过清香散治疗后均恢复至正常;造模前预防性给予清香散,对湿热证模型大鼠血清胃泌素水平无显著影响,但可显著提高湿热证模型大鼠血清D-木糖水平,预防湿热因素对小肠吸收功能的抑制作用,改善大鼠的小肠吸收功能。结论:清香散能显著提高湿热证模型大鼠的血清胃泌素、D-木糖水平,促进胃肠消化吸收功能。
Objective: To study the effect of Qing Xiang San on gastrointestinal function in rats. Methods: Serum gastrin levels and D-xylose levels were observed in rats, and comparisons were made between the normal control group, the damp heat model group, the Qingxiang powder prevention group, and the Qingxiang powder treatment group. Results: The levels of serum gastrin and D-xylose in the Damp-heat model group were lower than those in the normal control group. After the Qingxiang powder treatment, they all returned to normal. Prophylactic administration of Qingxiang powder before the model was established and the serum gastrin of the damp-heat syndrome rat model was established. There was no significant effect on the level, but it could significantly increase the serum D-xylose level in damp-heat syndrome rats, prevent the inhibitory effect of dampness and heat on the intestinal absorption function, and improve the rat intestinal absorption function. Conclusion: Qingxiang Powder can significantly increase the levels of serum gastrin and D-xylose in rats with damp-heat syndrome and promote gastrointestinal digestion and absorption.
