通过对空调用全铝微通道换热器进行盐雾腐蚀试验,分析腐蚀对换热器的换热性能、风阻、外观等影响。试验发现,加速腐蚀后换热器的翅片脱离扁管、翅片易折,两者几乎同时在局部发生;铝翅片由银色变为暗灰色;腐蚀持续30天时换热性能衰减18%,而50天时衰减38%;风阻在30天时增加为原来的4倍,之后趋于稳定。
Through the salt spray corrosion test on all-aluminum microchannel heat exchanger for air conditioning, the influence of corrosion on the heat transfer performance, wind resistance and appearance of the heat exchanger is analyzed. It was found that the fins of the heat exchanger faded away from the flat tubes after accelerated corrosion, the fins were easily folded, and the two occurred almost simultaneously at the same time. The aluminum fins changed from silver to dark gray. The corrosion performance was reduced by 18% While the 50-day decay of 38%; wind resistance in the 30 days increased to 4 times the original, then stabilized.
