“以铝代铜”,大量生产铝线电机,是电机行业贯彻执行伟大领袖毛主席“备战、备荒、为人民”的战略方针,定自己工业发股道路的重大措施。而在铝线电机的生产中,焊接工艺是一个关键性的问题。为此,今年三月十九日——二十三由哈尔滨大电机研究所及上海器科学研究所主持在郑州市召开了铝线电机焊接技术交流会。参加会议的有来自全国各地的电机制造厂、有关的科研单位、高等院校等共计72个单位,136名代表。会上对铝—铜、铝—铝导线的各种焊接工艺方法进行了广泛的交流,为进一步推广铝线电机提供了有利的条件。目前国内在焊接铝—铜、铝—铝导线上应用的方法有:①气焊(实质上应属钎焊,铜本身并未熔化);②钎焊;③闪光焊;④貯能焊;⑤低温摩擦焊;⑥冷压焊;⑦钨极氩弧焊;⑧电阻对接焊等。下面介绍其中的五种焊接方法,供有关同志参考,其它方法过去均已报道,这里就不再重述。
