随着我国加入WTO步伐的加快和进一步对外改革开放 ,培养高素质的外向型人材 ,是当务之急。深化英语教学改革 ,打破传统教学模式 ,推行交际教学法 ,培养学生的交际能力 ,势在必行。英语教学应以学生为中心 ,教师是导演 ,学生是演员。应注重学生语言能力和交际能力的培养 ,以语言能力为基础 ,以交际能力为目标 ,在培养语言能力的基础上培养交际能力。 With the accelerating pace of China’s accession to the WTO and the further reform and opening up to the outside world as well as the cultivation of highly qualified and outward-looking talents, it is imperative for us to speed up our efforts. It is imperative to deepen the reform of English teaching, break the traditional teaching mode, promote communicative teaching method and cultivate students’ communicative competence. English teaching should be student-centered, teachers are directors, students are actors. Should pay attention to the students’ language ability and communicative competence, based on language skills, communicative competence as the goal, in cultivating language skills based on the development of communicative competence.
