随着“实时清雪、机械除雪为主、化学融雪为辅”等理念与技术的推广,推雪铲已成为使用最广泛的除雪装置。推雪铲一般配装在车辆或装载机的前面,依靠车辆或装载机行驶作推雪动力。工作时,配挂了推雪铲的车辆按同一方向呈梯次排列,各推雪铲之间有一定的重叠量,进行接力式除雪。介绍了推雪铲的主要技术参数和结构形式,论述了铲体、防撞结构、偏转机构、提升机构,以及铲刀的分类和工作原理。分析了推雪铲的控制方法,其动力一种是从车辆取力器取出,直接利用主机动力进行推雪铲的控制,另一种是采用动力单元进行控制。由于动力单元结构紧凑、性能可靠,因此应用较多。电气系统分为有线控制和无线控制2种,目前以有线控制使用最为广泛。介绍的推雪铲及其结构可供除雪机械的设计、制造人员参考。
