大规模侵权在现代社会频繁发生,在全世界范围引起广泛的关注。笔者建议适当引进集团诉讼中较为科学合理的制度,以完善我国的诉讼代表人制度。 Mass infringement occurs frequently in modern society and arouses widespread concern around the world. The author suggests that we should introduce the more scientific and reasonable system of group litigation appropriately so as to perfect our country’s litigation representative system.
