改革开放以来,社会经济迅速发展,人们对现行法律制度的关注度也日益提升。而随着收入的提高,人们对住房的需求越来越大,实施期房交易活动的规范化管理,成为维护房地产交易市场的重要手段。期房是为迎合人们对房子的需求而在房屋交付之前就进行售卖的房屋类型,在我国,期房转让活动中很容易出现纠纷,这就需要对期房转让加强法律规范,加大监管力度。如今,人们对房屋的需求量越来越大,期房转让依然是社会上比较普遍的活动,这需要人们对期房再转让的法律研究进行深入地研究与探讨。
