利用微球的高强度和粒径均匀性来保持泡孔结构的完整性和泡孔结构的均匀性,通过在室温硫化型有机硅橡胶中加入聚合物中空微球可形成室温硫化型有机硅复合泡沫材料。结果表明:有机硅复合泡沫材料的泡孔结构在载荷作用下具有较好的完整性和均匀性,虽然有机硅复合泡沫材料较硅橡胶的力学性能略有下降,但不影响其在工程结构上的应用,有机硅复合泡沫材料应用于工程结构具有长期稳定的环境适应性。
