目的 探讨工频强磁场对动物行为及惊厥的影响。方法 选择健康家兔 35只 ,随机分为 3组 ,其中对照组和磁场组各 13只 ,惊厥组 9只。将家兔长期连续暴露在工频强磁场下 ,观察家兔行为以及惊厥发作频率的变化。结果 暴露 1周后 ,磁场组 13只家兔出现兴奋症状 ,活动增多 ,随着暴露时间延长以及场强加大 ,程度加重 ,烦躁不安 ,频繁啃咬竹笼 ,其中 4只多次咬断竹笼栅栏逃离磁场 ;在磁场下家兔局灶性惊厥发作频率减少 ,全身性惊厥发作频率无明显改变。结论 强磁场可引起家兔行为改变以及对家兔局灶性抽搐有一定的抗惊厥作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of high frequency magnetic field on animal behavior and convulsion. Methods Thirty-five healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, including 13 in control group and magnetic field group and 9 in convulsion group. Long-term continuous exposure of rabbits in the labor frequency magnetic field, observe the behavior of rabbits and seizures frequency changes. Results After 1 week of exposure, the excitement symptoms and activity of 13 rabbits in the magnetic field group were increased. As the exposure time prolonged and the field strength increased, the rabbits in the magnetic field group became aggravated and agitated. The cage cage fled the magnetic field; in the magnetic field, the frequency of focal seizures in rabbits decreased and the frequency of generalized seizures did not change significantly. Conclusion Strong magnetic field can cause changes in behavior of rabbits and focal convulsions in rabbits have a certain anticonvulsant effect.
