本文根据电路和电磁场理论,推导出空心感应式电感传感器的数学模型,以便提高这种传感器的灵敏度和精度,使其能应用于精密测量和进行优化设计。
In this paper, the mathematical model of hollow inductive inductive sensor is deduced according to the theory of circuit and electromagnetic field in order to improve the sensitivity and precision of the sensor, so that it can be used in precision measurement and optimization design.
