人们都知道“生命在于运动”这一道理,而当今科学家最新研究和统计表明:“生命在于调节自身的生理平衡”。轻微而适当的运动,有助于健康长寿;而剧烈运动,只能催人早衰早逝。
People all know the principle that “life lies in movement.” The latest research and statistics by scientists today show that “life lies in regulating one’s own physiological balance.” Slight and appropriate exercise, contribute to health and longevity; and strenuous exercise, can only promote early premature aging.
