采用PXS 5数字型离子酸度计 ,50 1型氨气敏电极 ,在pH >12时 ,直接测定平衡电位值 .对所测数据进行线性回归 ,利用回归方程计算人发中总氮含量 .结果表明此法快速、简便 ,其准确度和精确度都较为理想 .其回收率为 95.0 %～ 10 5.0 % .
Using PXS 5 digital type ion acidity meter and 50 type 1 ammonia gas sensing electrode, the equilibrium potential value was measured directly at pH> 12. The regression equation was used for linear regression and the total nitrogen content in human hair was calculated by regression equation. The method is rapid and simple, and its accuracy and precision are all satisfactory.The recovery rate is 95.0% ~ 10 5.0%.
