Coronary heart disease has become a major non-communicable disease that endangers human health since the 1950s. In 1996, the American Heart Association (AHA) had statistics that one patient died of coronary heart disease every 33 seconds. It has been reported that one in every eight men or 17 women in Europe died of coronary heart disease before the age of 65 in 2000. Coronary heart disease accounts for 22% of DALY losses throughout Europe. Compared with developed areas, the incidence of coronary heart disease and mortality in China belong to a lower level, but gradually increased in the past 30 years. From 1988 to 1996, the mortality rate of urban coronary heart disease in our country increased by 53.4% and the average annual increase rate was 5.9%. Farmers
