冬淡应市的美味可口的蔬菜,首推“东海瀛洲”一宝——大白菜,上海俗称黄芽菜。它源于我国北方,堪有“国莱”之称,至今已有六七千年的栽培历史。宋代大诗人苏东坡诗日“白菘类羔豚,冒土出熊蹯”,竟把大白菜(菘)与小羊小猪和熊掌媲美。已故著名国画大师齐白石画的《白菜与辣椒》图中题词道:“牡丹为花之王,荔枝为果之王,独不论白菜为菜之王”。
Dongdan should be the city’s delicious vegetables, the most important “East China Sea Yingzhou” a treasure - Chinese cabbage, commonly known as Shanghai yellow sprouts. It originated from the northern part of our country and is called “Guolai” and has been cultivated for six or seven years. Song Dynasty poet Su Dongpo poetry day “white-bellied type of lambs dolphins, bulldozers out of soil,” actually cabbage (菘) comparable with the lambs and bear’s paw. The famous Chinese painting master Qi Baishi’s “cabbage and pepper” picture of the inscription: “Peony is the king of flowers, lychee is the king of the king, regardless of whether the cabbage as the king of vegetables.”
