本文对3~3.5年老化豚鼠进行毛细胞和螺旋神经节细胞定量研究,并与1.5月龄青年豚鼠比较。结果表明:老化豚鼠外毛细胞损失率明显高于青年组(P<0.01),而内毛细胞损失率无明显差异。外毛细胞损失率OHC3>OHC2>OHC1。顶回和底回螺旋神经节细胞分别减少15%和19.81%。耳蜗中轴PAS染色,螺旋神经节细胞内大量脂褐素Lp增加,柯替氏器不同程度退变,血管纹及螺旋韧带萎缩程度轻,耳蜗神经纤维减少,但胶质细胞增加。讨论了老化豚鼠形态变化对听功能的影响。
In this paper, 3 ~ 3.5-year-old guinea pigs were used for quantitative analysis of hair cells and spiral ganglion cells and compared with 1.5-month-old young guinea pigs. The results showed that the loss rate of outer hair cells in aged guinea pigs was significantly higher than that in young ones (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in the loss rate of inner hair cells. Outer hair loss rate OHC3> OHC2> OHC1. Top and bottom spiral ganglion cells were reduced by 15% and 19.81%. Axonal PAS staining of the cochlea, a large number of lipofuscin Lp spiral ganglion cells increased, varying degrees of Koch, degeneration of vascular pattern and spiral ligament atrophy, cochlear nerve fibers decreased, but glial cells increased. The effects of morphological changes of aging guinea pigs on hearing function were discussed.
