目的:建立齿叶白鹃梅叶总黄酮提取物的指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定,用国家药典委员会出版的《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价》(2004年A版)软件,对10批不同批次的齿叶白鹃梅叶总黄酮提取物中黄酮类成分指纹图谱进行相似度计算。结果:测定10批齿叶白鹃梅叶总黄酮的HPLC图谱,建立标准指纹图谱,有19个共有峰,通过与对照品的对照,指认了其中8个化合物色谱峰,各共有峰之间分离度较好;用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统计算其相似度,各批总黄酮的相似度均>0.90。结论:该方法精密度、稳定性及重复性较好,特征性及专属性强,为齿叶白鹃梅综合利用开发提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish the fingerprints of total flavonoids extract from leaves of Rhododendron odoratum. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the contents of total flavonoids in 10 batches of leaves of Rhododendron odoratum from different batches by using the “Evaluation of Similarity of Chromatographic Fingerprints of Traditional Chinese Medicines” (Version A, 2004) published by the State Pharmacopoeia Commission Similarity calculation of flavonoid fingerprints. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of the total flavonoids from the leaves of 10 cultivars of Rhododendron odoratum was determined. The standard fingerprints were established and 19 common peaks were identified. Eight compounds were identified by comparison with the reference substance, and the resolution of the common peaks was better The similarities of the fingerprints were evaluated by using the similarity evaluation system of TCM fingerprints. The similarity of total flavonoids in each batch was> 0.90. Conclusion: The method has good precision, stability and repeatability, strong specificity and specificity, which provides a scientific basis for comprehensive utilization of Dendrobium odoratum.
