为了改善Fe-Cr-Co变形永磁合金的塑性和磁性,加入合金元素是一个重要的基本手段。在前人的工作中曾报道加入V、Ti、Nb、Al等元素的作用;我们在工作中指出加入元素W的有益作用。这些扩大α相区的元素的加入都可以使合金的相区发生变化,使α相区扩大,γ相区缩小。在含Co 15%的合金中加入这些元素,对σ相的转变有一定的抑制作用,但并不能完全消除,在文献[4]中通过X射线分析指出,Fe-23Cr-15Co-3V-1Ti合金在热处理过程中发生过饱和固溶体的分解:α→α_2+α_2转变,如果时间过长,就可能出现σ相,使磁性和塑性下降。
In order to improve the plasticity and magnetic properties of Fe-Cr-Co deformable permanent magnetic alloys, adding alloying elements is an important basic method. In the work of previous authors, it was reported that the addition of V, Ti, Nb, Al and other elements of the role; we pointed out in the work to join the element W beneficial effect. The addition of these elements which enlarge the α-phase region can change the phase region of the alloy, enlarge the α-phase region and reduce the γ-phase region. The addition of these elements in the alloy containing 15% Co has a certain inhibitory effect on the transformation of the σ phase but it can not be completely eliminated. According to X-ray analysis in reference [4], Fe-23Cr-15Co-3V-1Ti During the heat treatment, the decomposition of supersaturated solid solution takes place: α → α_2 + α_2 transformation. If the time is too long, the σ phase may occur and the magnetic and plastic properties decrease.
