一、合作学习小组的分组开学初,我通过卷面测试,了解所任教的两个班级学生掌握英语基础知识的情况,结合我对他们的面试,把英语基础较为扎实的9位同学挑选出来担任小组长,然后根据学生的自愿和兴趣,把全班56个人分成9个学习小组。上课时,我要求学生们按学习小组集中就座,组长负责本小组组员的管理,这样不仅便于组员间的沟通和合作,也便于老师的课堂操作。二、小组合作学习的开展
