前不久,中华全国总工会办公厅转发了中央国家机关工会制定的《中央国家机关工会工作办法(试行)》。该办法依据《中华人民共和国工会法》、《中国工会章程》的规定,对机关工会的组织建设、权利义务、工作准则等作了具体规定。这一办法的实行,必将进一步推动中央国家机关工会工作的开展。现将此办法刊登如下,供各地工会参考。——编者 Not long ago, the General Office of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions transmitted the Measures for Trade Union Work by the Central Government Organs (Trial) formulated by the trade unions of the central state organs. Based on the provisions of the “Trade Unions Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Statute of the Chinese Trade Unions,” this measure provides specific provisions on the organizational construction, rights and obligations, and work rules of the trade unions. The implementation of this measure will surely further promote the work of trade unions of the central state organs.
