缓倾斜矿体的开采是世界性采矿难题,国内外目前尚无有效回收回采残留在底板上的崩落矿石的方法。通过对薄矿脉开采损失的理论分析,首次在国内引进新型高陡坡耙装机采集采场底板上的残留矿石。试验证明该设备降低了缓倾斜矿体开采的二次损失和矿石贫化率,使矿石回收率提高到97.5%,矿石品位提高1~2个百分点,显著增加了矿山的社会效益和经济效益。
The mining of gently sloping ore body is a worldwide mining problem. There is no effective method for recovering the ore left on the floor at home and abroad. Through the theoretical analysis of the mining loss of thin veins, it is the first time to introduce a new high-steep slope rake installed in the country to collect the residual ore on the floor of stope. The test proves that the equipment reduces the secondary loss and the ore dilution rate of the gently inclined orebody, increases the recovery rate of the ore to 97.5% and the grade of the ore by 1 to 2 percentage points, remarkably increasing the social and economic benefits of the mine.
