针对南水北调中线一期工程天津干线的地形地势、洪水和输水过程等条件,在输水方案设计中,分别采取了相应措施。通过对多种不同输水方式的系统研究,因地制宜地提出了无压接有压自流输水方案;采用多功能自动调节堰井技术,简化了水力控制条件,降低了工程投资;针对可能出现的糙率进行水力设计,保证了流态稳定;统筹考虑相关工程的不利影响,设置溢流调节措施,保证了工程安全。实践证明,输水方案切实可行,科学合理。
In view of the terrain, flood and water conveyance conditions of the Tianjin trunk line of the first phase of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project, corresponding measures were taken respectively in the design of the water conveyance scheme. Through a systematic study on a variety of different water delivery methods, the non-pressure pressurized self-flowing water conveyance scheme is put forward according to the local conditions; the multi-function automatic regulation weir technology is adopted to simplify the hydraulic control conditions and reduce the project investment; Roughness hydraulic design, to ensure the stability of the flow; take into account the adverse effects of related projects, set the overflow regulation measures to ensure the safety of the project. Practice has proved that the water transfer program is feasible and scientific and reasonable.
