大型压力容器主要采用焊接结构。焊接残余应力的存在,往往加速脆断发生。因而研究焊接残余应力对压力容器脆断的影响是十分重要的课题。焊接残余应力对压力容器脆断的研究有两种方法。即转变温度法及断裂力学法。前者主要以脆断发生温度评价残余应力对脆断的影响。文献〔1〕指出,由于残余应力的存在,提高了脆断发生温度,亦即降低了断裂应力。但用转变温度法从理论上定量研究残
Large pressure vessels are mainly welded structure. The existence of welding residual stress, often accelerated brittle fracture occurred. Therefore, studying the influence of welding residual stress on brittle fracture of pressure vessel is a very important issue. Welding residual stress on the brittle fracture of the pressure vessel in two ways. That is, the transition temperature method and the fracture mechanics method. The former mainly uses the temperature of brittle fracture to evaluate the effect of residual stress on brittle fracture. Literature [1] pointed out that due to the existence of residual stress, increased brittle fracture temperature, that is, reduced fracture stress. However, the use of transition temperature method to quantitatively study the residual
