通过测定小鼠炎症足组织中前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )和组胺的含量 ,以及胸膜炎大鼠胸腔渗出液中白细胞介素 1(IL - 1)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 )的活性 ,发现给动物灌服辛夷挥发油对动物体内这四种炎症介质及磷脂酶A2 均有抑制作用 ,为辛夷油的抗炎效应提供了实验依据。
