原位无损分析是流体包裹体成分研究的前沿课题 ,简要总结了单个流体包裹体成分分析方法 ,评述了原位无损分析方法中微束质子诱发 X射线法、同步辐射 X射线荧光光谱、显微拉曼光谱、显微红外光谱和红外显微镜分析流体包裹体成分的原理、应用范围、存在问题和研究进展。选择研究流体包裹体成分的方法时 ,需要考虑分析方法的特点、所测组分及其含量的估计范围、所测流体包裹体的大小、距薄片表面的深度、基体矿物的性质和仪器性能。
In situ non-destructive analysis is a frontier subject in the study of fluid inclusions. A brief summary of the methods for the composition analysis of single fluid inclusions is given. The micro-beam proton induced X-ray method, synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, Raman spectroscopy, microscopic infrared spectroscopy and infrared microscopy analysis of fluid inclusions in the principle, scope of application, existing problems and research progress. When choosing a method of studying fluid inclusions, the characteristics of the analytical method, the estimated range of the measured components and their contents, the size of the fluid inclusions measured, the depth from the surface of the flakes, the properties of the matrix minerals, and the instrumental properties need to be considered.
