目的研究姜黄素和顺铂联合应用对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖的影响。方法采用MTT法观察姜黄素和顺铂对人肺腺癌A549细胞的抑制作用。结果姜黄素及顺铂能抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖,并呈浓度及时间依赖性,两者作用人肺腺癌A549细胞48h的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为18.4μmol/L、0.966μg/ml。姜黄素10μmol/L、15μmol/L2、0μmol/L与顺铂1μg/ml、2μg/ml联合24h、48h、72h的抑制率显著高于单用顺铂、姜黄素组(P<0.05),两者呈现出相加的抗瘤效果。结论姜黄素在体外对人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,能提高顺铂对人肺腺癌A549细胞的敏感性。
Objective To study the effects of curcumin and cisplatin on the proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. Methods The inhibitory effects of curcumin and cisplatin on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells were observed by MTT assay. Results Curcumin and cisplatin could inhibit the proliferation of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. The half-inhibitory concentrations (IC50) at 48h of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells were 18.4μmol / L and 0.966 μg / ml. The inhibitory rates of curcumin at 10μmol / L, 15μmol / L, 0μmol / L and cisplatin 1μg / ml and 2μg / ml at 24h, 48h and 72h were significantly higher than those of cisplatin and curcumin alone Who showed an additive anti-tumor effect.
