核电运营公司培训活动具有参加人数多、实施难度大、管理复杂的特点,本文以国内某在建电站的实际培训开展情况为例,系统的分析了该电站目前在培训中存在的主要问题,详细阐述了核电运营公司层面培训方法的研究与应用,说明了该方法的关键实施管理流程和核心技术。通过“在线考试系统”在该电站的使用效果证明,这一新的培训管理方法的应用是成功的、高效的,为公司节约了大量的培训资源,而且在数据处理的规范性、及时性方面都取得了很好的成果。
