从临海农场和方强农场不同类型的具有代表性的地块中采取土样,用离子总和法、残渣烘干法和电导法测定水溶性盐总量,比较并筛选出适宜的测定方法。试验结果表明,两个农场土壤水溶性盐离子组成相似,方强农场土壤水溶性盐含量总体上高于临海农场;土壤水溶性盐测定方法中,残渣烘干法虽然比较准确,但操作繁琐、费时;电导法比较简单、方便、快速,测定结果可以按照特定计算式换算成土壤水溶性盐质量浓度。
Soil samples were taken from different types of representative plots in Linhai Farm and Fangqiang Farm, and the total amount of water-soluble salts was determined by the sum of ions method, the residue drying method and the conductivity method, and the suitable determination methods were compared and screened. The results showed that the composition of water-soluble salt ions was similar in the two farms, and the soil water-soluble salt content in Fangqiang farm was generally higher than that in Linhai farm. In the determination of soil water-soluble salt, although the residue drying method was more accurate, Time-consuming; conductance method is relatively simple, convenient and fast, the measurement results can be converted into soil water-soluble salt mass concentration according to a specific formula.
