目的：观察宽叶缬草对培养的人动脉平滑肌细胞迁移能力的影响。方法：取6月龄引产胎儿主动脉平滑肌细胞进行培养。用BoydenChamber检测细胞迁移能力。结果：与对照组比较，宽叶缬草显著抑制了平滑肌细胞的迁移能力（P＜0.01）。结论：在体外培养条件下，宽叶缬草可显著并呈剂量依赖性抑制人血管平滑肌细胞的迁移能力。
Objective: To observe the effects of Valeriana officinalis on the migration of cultured human arterial smooth muscle cells. METHODS: Fetal aorta smooth muscle cells were induced by 6-month-old induction. Boyden Chamber was used to test cell migration ability. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, Valeriana officinalis significantly inhibited the migration of smooth muscle cells (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: In vitro culture condition, G. variegata can significantly and dose-dependently inhibit the migration of human vascular smooth muscle cells.
