绩效考评是人力资源管理工作的重要内容之一 ,它是员工工作调动、薪酬调整的依据 ,更是企业帮助员工改进绩效 ,努力实现公司整体目标的有效手段。合理科学的绩效考评体系为企业人才的选、育、用、留等工作创造良好的基础 ,提供客观的依据。在小企业当中 ,绩效考评制度的设计同样重要 ,而且有着特殊性。本文试通过研究小企业管理的特点 ,讨论其绩效考评体系的设计 ,探讨出一些对小企业比较实用的考评方法和策略 ,为企业的管理工作提供有益的建议。
Performance appraisal is one of the important contents of human resource management. It is the basis for employee’s job transfer and salary adjustment. It is also an effective means for the company to help employees improve their performance and make efforts to realize the overall goal of the company. A reasonable and scientific performance appraisal system provides a good basis for the selection, education, use, and retention of corporate talents, and provides objective evidence. In small enterprises, the design of the performance appraisal system is equally important and unique. This paper tries to discuss the characteristics of small business management, discuss the design of its performance evaluation system, and explore some practical evaluation methods and strategies for small businesses to provide useful suggestions for corporate management.
