1.本文对叠血ChE微量比色測定法作了一些改进,使操作更加簡便而准确性有所提高。 2.用比色法前后測定鉤虫男性患者73人的叠血ChE活力平均为3.13±0.43微克分子ACh/20微升全血/30分钟(可信限)。 3.本試驗比較口服敌百虫0.6克、灭虫宁4.8克和四氯乙烯3.0毫升对鈎虫患者全血ChE的影响,結果除敌百虫引起ChE活力的降低外,灭虫宁和四氯乙烯对全血ChE无显著影响,証明后二者的驅鈎作用及临床反应均与ChE无关。口服敌百虫后23日再口服灭虫宁时出现圣血ChE活力下降的情况。在文中試图以条件反射学說对此加以解释。从对人体ChE的抑制方面来考虑,敌百虫看来不适于作为驅虫药物。
