利用水膜减阻输送技术可提高超稠油管道的输送效率。使用长200m、管径108×6mm的试验管道研究了具有流体特性的超稠油在70~85℃、含水率在4%~12%条件下,水膜输送减阻率与含水率的关系。为了减小误差,分别对管段1(0~100m段)、管段2(100~200m段)和管段3(整条管段)进行试验研究。结果表明:将油流速度控制在0.05~0.11m/s,且在原油不发生乳化的前提下,在一定范围内,随着含水率的升高,超稠油水膜输送减阻率增大,当油品含水率为4%~6%时,减阻率的上升趋势最为明显;当含水率大于6%时,减阻率基本维持在90%;试验管段2由于温降相对较小,其减阻率最大值可达95%。
The use of water film drag reduction technology can increase the transmission of super heavy oil pipeline efficiency.
