针对大型、薄壁、复杂钛铸件容易产生浇不足、冷隔、气缩孔等缺陷及变形、裂纹等质量问题,进行工艺摸索,采取了机加工石墨型、缝隙式顶注,设计并安装标准控制块、设置阻力点、加反形量等工艺措施,一次性浇注成功了重110kg、外形尺寸为1095min×822min×756mm、壁厚为9mm的弯管式钛合金铸件。通过该产品的试制,为我国大型钛铸件生产积累了经验。
