脑膜瘤为颅内较常见肿瘤,约占颅内肿瘤15～18％,本组94例脑膜瘤占同期颅内肿瘤的12％。脑膜瘤绝大多数为良性肿瘤,可完全切除予后良好。唯特殊部位或血运丰富者手术难度较大。手术死亡率为8～10％。
Meningioma is a common intracranial tumor, accounting for about 15 ~ 18% of intracranial tumors, 94 cases of meningioma in this group accounted for 12% of intracranial tumors in the same period.
