用共沉淀法制备了一系列磁铅石型稀土高温燃烧催化剂Ba1-xLaxMnAl11O19-δ,并用XRD、BET和甲烷燃烧活性对其进行了表征。结果表明:用共沉淀法,经过1400℃的高温灼烧,可以制备出单一相β-氧化铝结构的BaMnAl11O19-δ和单一相磁铅石型结构的LaMnAl11O19-δ以及两相共存的部分取代产物,当其组成为Ba0.8La0.2MnAl11O19-δ时活性最好。稀土元素La3+也可以部分替代Ba2+进入其骨架结构的镜面,并能改善其活性。
A series of rare earth high temperature combustion catalysts Ba1-xLaxMnAl11O19-δ were prepared by coprecipitation method and characterized by XRD, BET and methane combustion activity. The results show that BaMnAl11O19-δ with single-phase β-alumina structure and LaMnAl11O19-δ with single-phase magnetite structure and partially substituted products with two phases co-exist can be prepared by coprecipitation method and fired at high temperature of 1400 ℃. , When its composition is Ba0.8La0.2MnAl11O19-δ, the best activity. The rare earth element La3 + can also partially replace Ba2 + into the mirror of its framework and improve its activity.
