今天,越来越多的人上网去寻找他们的梦中情人。可是,网络约会的结果并非人人感到幸运,经常有人因网络约会而成为犯罪分子和骗子的牺牲品。美国调查网络约会犯罪案的史密斯警官称,互联网是“犯罪分子的大学”。他说:“现在的网络就像原来的西部一样,你完全不知道键盘的另一端是什么人,在网上大约有60％的人在撒谎。”最近,上海某网络公司通过网上问卷和网友发送邮件两种方式展开了一次有关网恋的情况调查。结果显示:尽管“网恋”听起来时髦而又浪漫,然而成功率却低到惊人的地步,仅为十分之一。特别是有些别有用心的恶棍披着“网恋”的外衣,行骗、敲诈、偷盗、强奸,使不少涉世未深的女性网民蒙受了精神和物质的双重损失,痛不欲生……
