气压式调压室可以设置在覆盖深,岩性好的地段,其布置不受地形条件的影响,可以节省工程量,获得经济效益,国外有成功使用气压调压室而得到巨大经济效益的实例。气压式调压室的稳定断面较大。本文从实际情况出发,提出采用双气压式调压室,以减少单个调压室的水平横断面积。文中建立了双气压调压室的波动微分方程,论证了波动稳定的条件及其一般性。说明了上游双园筒式调压室系统,上游一个园筒式调压室与一个气压式调压室相串联的系统,上游单园筒式调压室,上游单气压式调压室诸情况均属本文特例,它们均临界稳定条件均包含在所导出的(13)式中,(13)式是托马条件的推广。还结合具体的算例讨论了影响波动稳定的各主要因素。指出:局部水头损失和调压井的位置对稳定区域和临界稳定断面的影响是重要的。本文还利用电子计算机方法给出了双气压式调压室、水轮机、调连器系统的调节过渡过程,并分析了调速器缓冲时间常数T_d,缓冲强度b_t以及调压井断面积对小幅度调节过渡过程的影响。计算机方法计算结果与临界稳定条件基本一致。
