本文通过试验,探讨了T8—T8同类材料及T8—DT3异类材料相变超塑性扩散焊接的可行性,并以T8—T8相变超塑性扩散焊接为例,探讨了主要工艺参数对相变超塑性扩散焊接接头强度的影响规律。结果表明,具有相变点的T8—T8与T8—DT3,均能实现相变超塑性扩散焊接。加热到最高温度时,压力和热循环次数会影响接头强度,主要工艺参数在一定范围内,它们对接头强度有相似的影响规律。
In this paper, the feasibility of phase transition superplastic diffusion welding of T8-T8 and T8-T8 dissimilar materials was discussed through experiments. Taking T8-T8 phase transition superplastic diffusion welding as an example, the effects of main process parameters on phase transition super Effect of Plastic Diffusion Welding Joint Strength. The results show that phase transition superplastic diffusion welding can be realized with T8-T8 and T8-DT3 with phase transition point. Heating to the maximum temperature, the pressure and the number of thermal cycles will affect the joint strength, the main process parameters in a certain range, they have a similar impact strength of the joint.
