用Warburg测压法和Clark氧电极法观察了棉酚对大鼠睾丸线粒体呼吸及氧化磷酸化的影响,表明棉酚能抑制正常大鼠睾丸线粒体的呼吸及氧化磷酸化作用,是一种解偶联剂。大鼠日服6、10和15毫克醋酸棉酚,连续21天,睾丸线粒体的P/O值比对照组均有显著下降。文中讨论了棉酚的解偶联作用及其在线粒体的作用位点问题。
The effect of gossypol on mitochondrial respiration and oxidative phosphorylation in testis of rats was observed by Warburg manometry and Clark oxygen electrode method. The results showed that gossypol can inhibit the respiration and oxidative phosphorylation of testicular mitochondria in normal rats. Coupling agent. Rats on day 6, 10 and 15 mg of gossypol acetate, 21 consecutive days, testicular mitochondrial P / O value than the control group were significantly decreased. The paper discusses the uncoupling effect of gossypol and its site of action in mitochondria.
