兰州石油化工机器厂于去年制成我国第一台大型厚壁锻焊结构的高压加氢反应器(见图)。这台反应器是由石油部第二炼油设计研究院、兰石厂、抚顺石油三厂联合设计。产品设计中参照了美国ASME锅炉和压力容器规范第Ⅷ篇第2分篇的有关要求和数据。在材料技术条件、检验和试验要求以及某些构件的结构型式等方面,汲取了近年来国外加氢反应器的先进经验。筒节锻件由北京重型机器厂提供,材料为ASTM A336F22,采用电炉冶炼、真空脱气的先进精炼
