在海洋工程结构T、K、Y管节点焊缝的超声波探伤中,缺陷的判定技术是一个引人注目的课题。通常意义上的“判定”包含两方面的含义:一是判断反射信号是否由缺陷所引起;二是确定缺陷的类型、大小、位置及分布。鉴于T、K、Y管节点复杂的几何形状以及超声方法本身的局限性和技术特征,目前在探伤时还很难做到准确的判定。一个最明显的问题是怎样识别在探伤中频频出现的伪缺陷信号。因此,深入研究各类缺陷及伪缺陷信号的特征与识别方法,具有重大的意义,极具工程价值。
In the ultrasonic testing of weld joints of T, K, Y pipe joints in marine engineering structures, the technology of determining defects is an attractive subject. The usual sense of “decision” contains two meanings: First, to determine whether the reflected signal caused by defects; Second, determine the type of defect, size, location and distribution. In view of the complex geometry of T, K, Y joints and the limitations and technical features of the ultrasound method, it is still very difficult to make accurate judgments at the time of flaw detection. One of the most obvious issues is how to identify the pseudo-flaw signals that frequently occur in flaw detection. Therefore, in-depth study of various types of defects and false defect signal characteristics and identification methods, has great significance, great engineering value.
