后金融危机时代,中国企业出手了。对于那些手头有着充裕资本、熟悉中国本土市场的企业来说,这是一个难得的时间窗口。一方面很多有技术和品牌的“隐形冠军”企业,在金融危机中处于财务或者经营困境,另一方面高速成长的中国市场无疑可以令其摆脱危机,但短时间内他们又难以企及。
After the financial crisis era, Chinese companies shot. For those who have plenty of capital on hand, familiar with China’s domestic market, this enterprise is a rare time window. On the one hand, many “stealth Champion” companies with technology and brands are in financial or operational difficulties during the financial crisis. On the other hand, the rapid growth of the Chinese market undoubtedly can make it out of the crisis, but they are hard to match in a short period of time.
