我院从1981年以来,采取精囊药物灌注治疗慢性前列腺炎,效果较为满意。特介绍于后。一般资料本组23例中,27～30岁4例,31～40岁14例,41岁以上5例。病程为6月～3年。接受精囊药物灌注4～10次后约83％有效。有效的19人中灌注4次者2人,灌注5～8次者11人,灌注8～10次者6人。操作方法令患者排尿后,取平卧位,以硫柳汞酊或新洁而灭消毒阴囊及会阴部。在阴囊缝附近寻及
