我每逢接到一年级新班,就注意抓常规训练。因为学生刚入学,改变了环境,开始还很不适应。因此对初入学的学生加强常规训练,显得尤为重要。我是着重从以下七个方面去训练学生的。一、让学生熟悉学校环境。学生刚入学,对学校环境处处生疏。我组织他们参观办公室。讲清办公室是老师办公的地方,小朋友有事可进,无事不要来,决不能妨碍老师工作。还告诉他们哥哥姐姐的教室在哪里。随后,引他们到操场看看,介绍活动器械,讲清这是我们每天做操、并展活动、排队放学的地方。还领他们去看厕所。让他们知道男厕所在哪边,女厕所在哪边。这样,新生对学校环境就慢慢地熟悉了。 Every time I receive a new class, pay attention to regular training. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen routine training for students who are enrolled in primary school. I focus on training students from the following seven aspects. First, let the students familiar with the school environment. Students just enter school, unfamiliar with the school environment. I organize them to visit the office. Make it clear that the office is a place for teachers to work. Children can do anything but do nothing. They must not interfere with the teacher's work. Also tell them where their brother and sister's classroom. Then, lead them to the playground to see, introduce activities equipment, make clear that this is our daily exercises, and activities, queuing school place. Also led them to see the toilet. Let them know which side of the men's bathroom and where the ladies' room are. In this way, freshmen are slowly familiar with the school environment.
