本文研究了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定生产安乐康的废水中安乐康及某些有机残留物含量的方法。废水经0.45μm滤膜过滤后,注入反相ODS柱,用甲醇和水作流动相进行梯度洗脱,在280nm检测,有机残留物被清晰地分开,方法简便、快速。本法测出的废水中有机残留物的含量,与水样的COD值及其外观具有一致性。另外,我们用此法比较了不同处理方法对该废水进行处理的效果,发现用5%活性炭吸附和电解法结合处理效果最佳。
In this paper, the method for determining the content of Erkang and some organic residues in Erkang wastewater by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was studied. The waste water was filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane and injected into an ODS column. The mobile phase was eluted with methanol and water. The residue was clearly separated at 280 nm. The method was simple and rapid. The content of organic residues in waste water measured by this method is consistent with the COD value of water sample and its appearance. In addition, we use this method to compare the effect of different treatment methods on the wastewater treatment and found that 5% activated carbon adsorption and electrolysis combined with the best treatment.
