为祝贺中国人民共和国建国50周年和中俄建交50周年,1999年10月2～6日,俄罗斯太平洋舰队的两艘军舰对上海进行了友好访问。10月2日上午,两艘俄罗斯军舰在中国随访军舰的引导下停泊到上海明珠电视塔对面的码头,“布尔内”号在前,“瓦利雅格”号在后(见题图)。前者是“现代”级驱逐舰的第9艘,后者是“光荣”级巡洋舰的第3艘,太平洋舰队的旗舰。在随后几天的参观中,笔者没能有幸进入舱内参观,但这两艘大型军舰上林立的天线、武器仍让笔者一饱眼福。
